Authors must mount their poster during the one hour before the scheduled session start.
Poster numbers supplied by Quest will be at the upper corner of each poster board. This number corresponds with the number assigned to each poster in the technical program.
Pushpins will be available at the poster session.
Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session, as indicated in the technical program.
Refer the names of potential contacts for obtaining Sponsors and Exhibitors.
All posters must remain up until the session ends; they must be removed within one hour.
Poster Size
Each poster should be approximately 1x1 M long.
The title, contents, and the author’s information should be clearly visible from a distance of 1–2 feet.
Content
Use fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman in a reasonable font size that is easy to read. The spacing between lines should also be taken into consideration.
A simple format should be used to represent all the research details carried out by the author. Long, narrated paragraphs should be avoided.
